Should I buy or rent a home is the question in many youngsters' mind. Many believe that instead of wasting money on rents and moving house at the will of the landlords, it would be better to pay that rent amount as mortgage. This way the house will be theirs and their future is secured.

However, the selection is easier with a rented house. If they do not like the house they just move to another house. But if they want to buy a house there are a lot of decisions related to the real estate, house loans and mortgage, that the whole process becomes too complicated for many to handle.

Do You Want to Bid for my Antique Ring?

I have a new craze. Trying to sell things in ebay. I have been a registered member of ebay for some time now. But somehow I couldn't get myself to explore the site and start buying or selling.

I got a call from Sushma, Mumbai eBay, unexpectedly. She said she will give me a 15 minute training online to sell in ebay. I thought why not, let me at least learn how to go about it.

And within minutes I could upload the picture of a cooler I wanted to sell. There is still time to bid for it, if you are interested in buying for the oncoming summer, a cheap cooler at winter discount.

Now I am thinking of offering an antique diamond ring for auction. Are you interested in a real diamond ring that has come down from generations in the family? It has a unique design, very uncommon. It is shaped like a butterfly to match the fluttering heart of a Man proposing to his beloved. Even in the photograph the blue colour of the stones sparkle. They will mesmerise the heart of anyone you want to appeal to.

There is about 8 gms of gold, 16 diamonds each about 3 cents, and a precious ruby. It is ages old and the antique value is unimaginable.

My Home has a Golf Course

I stay on the ICRISAT campus in Hyderabad. ICRISAT stands for International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics.
